1.ALL ENTRIES EITHER SINGLE OR MULTIPLE ARE EQUAL TO ONE ENTRY INTO THE GIVEAWAY ACCORDINGLY. EACH PURCHASE WILL REPRESENT A SEPARATE SINGLE ENTRY INTO THE GIVEAWAY.
2. GIVEAWAY ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL U.S.
RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, LEGAL CANADIAN RESIDENTS AND ATLEAST 18 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Employees of Remember the Ronin, its retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Giveaway subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. HOW TO ENTER: This Giveaway begins at 12:01 AM , Eastern
Standard Time ("EST") on September 28, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 AM EST on
November 30, 2007.
Instructions on how to submit your entry. Fill in the items and information on the provided order form and your entry will be listed through our site and you will be automatically entered into the Giveaway. Entrants will be required to provide complete name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address. There is no limit to how many entries are submitted per person, household, or e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, and/or due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error.

CLOSING DATE: 11:59:59 AM EST on November 30, 2007.
4. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected by the end date of this giveaway. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on Saturday, December 01, 2007 from among all eligible entries received up until November 30, 2007 at 11:59:59 AM EST. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Giveaway entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Giveaway.
5. PRIZE: Shown Carter Machine Paintball Buzzard marker will be awarded to the individual winner. Prize recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable.
6. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Eligibility, age and claim by Prize Winner is
subject to verification. Winners name, city and state, will be announced on the Website within approximately two (2) business days from drawing date. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Prize Winner may need to confirm their mailing address within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and the prize may be awarded to an alternate Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If winner notification is returned as undeliverable, winner is ineligible, or winner declines a prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
7. INTERNET: If for any reason this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway
or downloading any materials in this Giveaway.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
8. GENERAL: By entering this Giveaway and/or accepting prizes, entrants: (1) agree to be bound by these rules; (2) agree to release sponsor, their retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries and all related entities from all liability, claims, actions, or proceedings relating to the Giveaway and from injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of the prize; (3) agree to share customer information contained in their entry with Remember the Ronin; and (4) consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
